Men and Women

THE MOODS OF A WOMAN

An angel of truth and a dream of fiction, A woman is a bundle of contradiction,
She's afraid of a wasp, will scream at a mouse, But will tackle a stranger alone in the house.
Sour as vinegar, sweet as a rose, She'll kiss you one minute, then turn up her nose,She'll win you in rage, enchant you in silk,She'll be stronger than brandy, milder than milk,At times she'll be vengeful, merry and sad, She'll hate you like poison, and love you like mad.

THE MOODS OF A MAN
Hungry.
Horny.
Sleepy.

I got this email forward years ago. I think this is one electronic mail sensible and true enough to be forwarded over and over. :)

I am a big fan of Mad Labs of the National Geographic Channel and what most scientists love to observe is the major differences among men and women. Several studies have shown that attitude differences stem from their varying genetic formations. Social studies research claims it could be because of culture or orientation. Oh well, the 'difference phenomenon' had been in hundreds of books as well. Does the book "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus" title ring a bell? I know a lot who've read that book. [I read just a few pages. I didn't devote much time to it. hehe]

Which leads me to...relaying my funny weekend date with Nixlove! :)

I had a cancelled day off last Saturday (read: cancelled date but double pay? hehe). Although I somehow expected that unfortunate call from my desk editor, I was still suprised (shocked? hehe) that I had to cover Namfrel on that sunny, supposedly restful day. Anyway, Nix and I still saw each other on Sunday.

And Sunday was a sale day at Galleria! hehe :) Nix is patient enough to be with me in the first three to four shops I go to. But when I attempted entering Celine shoe shop (which was probably the 10th shop) ,he opted to stay outside.

After I finished rumaging shoe racks, I was surprised to see a bunch of men waiting outside the store! They were not waiting for me.. hehe. The scene was really funny. Apparently, these men, including Nix, had the same decision: to just wait for their partners finish their (window) shopping.

Hay. :)
