Handwriting analysis (from Lia and Therese)

True again? Hahaha! :)

-----------------

Thea is moderately outgoing. Her emotions are stirred by sympathy and heart rendering stories. In fact, she can be kind, friendly, affectionate and considerate of others. She has the ability to put herself into the other person's shoes.

Thea will be somewhat moody, with highs and lows. Sometimes she will be happy, the next day she might be sad. She has the unique ability to get along equally well with what psychology calls introverts and extroverts. This is because she is in between. Psychology calls Thea an ambivert. She understands the needs of both types. Although they get along, she will not tolerate anyone that is too "far out." She doesn't sway too far one way or the other.

When convincing her to buy a product or an idea, a heart rendering story could mean a great deal to her. She puts herself in the same situation as the person in the story, yet she will not buy anything that seems overly impractical or illogical. Thea is an expressive person. She outwardly shows her emotions. She may even show traces of tears when hearing a sad story.

Thea is a "middle-of-the-roader," politically as well as logically. She weighs both sides of an issue, sits on the fence, and then will decide when she finally has to. She basically doesn't relate to any far out ideas and usually won't go to the extreme on any issue.

People that write their letters in an average height and average size are moderate in their ability to interact socially. According to the data input, Thea doesn't write too large or too small, indicating a balanced ability to be social and interact with others.

Thea is sensitive to criticism about her ideas and philosophies. She will sometimes worry what people will think if she tells them what she believes in. This doesn't mean she won't talk, or that she feels ashamed. It merely means she is sensitive to what others think, regarding her beliefs.

Thea is not facing something going on in her life today. She is deceiving herself about it. Often, Thea's opinion of herself is different than those around her. This trait gives Thea the ability to deny anything that does not agree with her "truth." This trait is not always something negative. It is only a defense mechanism allowing Thea not to face some reality in her life at this time.

Thea has a desire for attention. People around Thea will notice this need. She may fulfill this need by a variety of ways depending on her own character.

Diplomacy is one of Thea's best attributes. She has the ability to say what others want to hear. She can have tact with others. She has the ability to state things in such a way as to not offend someone else. Thea can disagree without being disagreeable.

Because Thea has sharp needle pointed 'm' and 'n' humps, she has a very sharp mind. She instantly sizes up situations, making instant decisions. She thinks and evaluates circumstances very rapidly. Many people with this type of mind are geniuses, thus she may be seen as highly intelligent. (hehehe) Thea is often irritated by slow talkers or slow thinkers. If she drives, she gets irritated by slow drivers in the fast lane. She quickly becomes bored when being taught on the level of the slowest student in class. She may be on problem number three when the rest of the class is on problem one. Thea is curious and very active. In fact, in school she might have been a trouble maker because she thought so much faster than the other kids, she finished her work first, thus having plenty of time on her hands to make trouble!

Thea is a practical person whose goals are planned, practical, and down to earth. This is typical of people with normal healthy self-esteem. She needs to visualize the end of a project before she starts. she finds joy in anticipation and planning. Notice that I said she plans everything she is going to do, that doesn't necessarily mean things go as planned. Thea basically feels good about herself. She has a positive self-esteem which contributes to her success. She feels she has the ability to achieve anything she sets her mind to.

Thea is sarcastic. This is a defense mechanism designed to protect her ego when she feels hurt. She pokes people harder than she gets poked. These sarcastic remarks can be very funny. They can also be harsh, bitter, and caustic at the same time.

Thea has a healthy imagination and displays a fair amount of trust. She lets new people into her circle of friends. She uses her imagination to understand new ideas, things, and people.

Nostalgic

I can't help but cry while looking at graduation pictures of my multiply contacts.  Yuck, ang drama. hahaha.

I am at a loss now and I don't even know why. nyeee. Seriously, just looking at the UP seal, freedom park grounds, and black togas in pictures give me goosebumps; for I still remember how it felt when it was my turn to walk proudly up the stage, wave at my Mom and Nixlove from afar (kahit hindi ko talaga sila makita hahaha), and get my 'diploma.'

Aba, I endured countless, sleepless nights para lang makapasa sa MATH at mala-board exam na finals ng HNF no! hahaha :))

I was so optimistic then. And now, this.

So anything real ought to be THIS? I don't think so.

I get by with a little help from my friends

If there were people I will forever be thankful for except for my family and Nixlove, it would be my usually funny, crazy friends. :)

When I feel I'm no longer happy with my job, I have my colleagues to get me through.

When I need someone to join me in my retail therapy, I know my friends are just a phone call away.

When I want somebody to listen to my lovelife, dreams, and rants, I know I have lots of prospects around. :)

Some people will always be mean but hey, who cares? I've got my friends to back me up. :)

Got this from one of the site's most read stories. Yes, most-read stories are usually show biz news! Can you imagine? :) This article is 'irritatingly' funny. :) They collected tabloid stories and reacted. Natatawa ako sa mga reaction nila :)

The top show biz stories in local tabloids this week. (And why we are moved, if we are moved.)

Abalos’ ‘hamburjer’ business expands

MANILA, Philippines -- For those who want a taste of the hamburger popularized by former Commission on Elections chairman Benjamin Abalos, the former government official has opened an outlet in Mandaluyong City.

The now famous “Ben’s Burjer” has its original home at the Wack-Wack Golf and Country Club where Abalos and other players in the controversial national broadband network agreement that includes First Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo had met with officials of China’s ZTE Corp.

"It is a merienda outlet...this [burger is from] the same source so the public can go...since Wack-Wack is private," said Abalos in a phone interview with INQUIRER.net.

The burger in “Ben's Burjer” tastes exactly like those being served in Wack-Wack although the price was cheaper, said Abalos.

Soaring rice prices

Starting today, I will try to familiarize myself with other sources of carbohydrates like bread (I rarely eat bread!), potato, or other rice alternatives like corn.

At least that would make one less rice-eating Filipino. And that would mean I no longer have to partake in the decreasing rice supply.

It's really depressing to hear news of rice price hike. It's sad to know that the world's food supply had been decreasing due to global warming, land conversion, and soaring prices of fertilizers.  What's happening??

My Mom and I went to the grocery yesterday and we were surprised at the prices of basic commodities! I've been also thinking of buying one sack of rice, just in case. But one sack of rice would be too much for me and my Mom, and we rarely eat at home. Tsk.

Hay. At least we're still lucky. Unlike in Africa.

"Forty people died during price riots in Cameroon in February. There also have been deadly troubles in Ivory Coast and Mauritania and other violent demonstrations in Senegal and Burkina Faso -- where a nationwide strike against price rises is to start Tuesday," Agence France- Presse reported.

Hay grabe. :(

Discovery of smallest black hole giant feat for science - INQUIRER.net, Philippine News for Filipinos

http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/breakingnews/world/view/20080403-128143/Discovery-of-smallest-black-hole-giant-feat-for-science
I've always been a fan of any study about our galaxy. It even came to a point that I wanted to witness how a blackhole could suck even objects of big mass and transform it into thin spaghetti strands. Of course I knew seeing that was impossible, else I would have to prepare myself for my very own 'spaghetti transformation'. :p
