i would attest to this! YES, RP GOV'T IS CERTAINLY VERY CORRUPT. While many people say it takes two to tango, I say we should not fault the taxpayers for tolerating the malpractice by government people because it is the latter that play the music. can't really say Thea, sowee...but maybe u'd be interested to know that in my personal experience, one of the CORRUPT government employees I encountered just very recently had two religious statues behind her, at may kandila pang nakatirik. di na natakot sa Diyos...
